Comment on Pitas and flying, sort of by a-dizzle

I don't care which thing I get to comment on, I just want to comment! Something wise, witty and well-timed (as well as alliterative) will likely come to me, eventually. In the meantime, exhale.

You two are beautiful. You make me want to get married. (Alyssa, I may never forgive you for being more competition than I could handle.) Again, no need to hold anyone's breath. Certainly not mine.

I don't understand, either.

The point to all of this ("Point?" you ask) is that I don't know where to send you emails, Andrew. All I have is a wwc.edu address and since wwc has gone the way of your plane, I assume that any attempts at correspondence would likely follow suit. (Who ever followed tailored clothing? I suppose most women. Perhaps I will invest in something dashing. If I can catch it.)

I should stop writing and go to bed, but I think this may be therapeutic. Yes, probably just for me.

So hook a brotha up with an address, yo.

The baby pictures have nearly eclipsed your very existence ("inundated" was apropos. i'm about to build an ark or at least buy some highwaters), but they're beautiful (you must disclose at some point) and well-done so we'll let it slide this once. Practicing for your own baby pictures, are you? Can I be some sort of godfather-ish figure? I may not be from Sicily or Chicago, but perhaps I could be a count- or dukefather if deification is out of the question...?

You're good people and I miss you.

All the love I can muster at 12:30am-

Alan

do keep writing things down. 'tis a gift.

You'll never know how many times I have eagerly checked your blog, only to be disappointed at the lack of new postings. Then, this week, to find so many new events to see and read about. Ah, joy!! Except, of course, for the ill-fated first flight of the long-awaited Dodo. Ah well, I'm sure it will have other, more satisfying flights. Thank you for the soul-food.

ditto to what Deanne says - Au natural (with maybe a coat of lacquer or some sort of oiling) is the only way to go!
That's my two cents!

Nice looking bench, Andrew, and classy model! I'm impressed.
Somehow it seems like all the workbenches I have been acquainted with are natural-wood-looking. Seems like paint would be easily chipped or scraped off.

Did I see North & South Dakota and Wyoming on your list? Remember Mt. Rushmore with the motorcyle hoards?
